Worst case, they will ask me to take leave for yesterday as well and then fire me, I have 4 leaves allowed in probation so 2 will be gone there and then can get fired. Diskhit is just trying to do his job of acting as a lead, nothing wrong there ,I have done same at times, have to manage same.
